Phil Martinez was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Southern Colorado. Growing up in a lower income neighborhood, he learned early on that hard work and a strong dedication to doing something you love would be his winning formula to achieving success.
Before starting his company, Phil Martinez Productions, Inc,. Phil had many years of management and broadcasting experience, working with many Fortune 500 companies and producing top results for them.
PM Productions, Inc. has been in the entertainment industry for many years now. With humble beginnings in the audio production world, Phil produced many award winning commercials, narratives, television voice-overs in English and Spanish for some of the largest coompanies in America. Soon thereafter, the company rapidly grew to include concert promotions and a talent agency. Phil has emceed and worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. In face, he was chosen as one of the three Colorado judges for the Colgate Country Music Showdown. America's largest country music talent search that has produced some of the biggest names in Country Music - Garth Brooks, Sara Evans, John Michael Montgomery, Martina McBride have all competed at one tmie or another in this prestigious event for the grand prize of rising new country star and a check for $100,000.
His string of successful concerts showcased his talent by producing award acts such as Three Dog Night, Kool And The Gang, Keith Sweat, Carlos Mencia, and some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. Whether it's voice-work, emceeing a large event or producing a large scale concert, Phil continues to strive for perfection. His passion for the military is evident by his work with the United Service Organizations (USO). It is an absolute honor to provide my time and assistance to our true warriors, Phil states. He began his radio career in October 1989 with the legendary powerhouse country station, KCCY 96.9.
