Judge Rules NY Bar Can Toss Customer For MAGA Hat

A New York City judge says a Manhattan bar didn't break the law when it booted a customer for wearing a Make America Great Again hat.  The judge ruled yesterday there is no law against political discrimination.  According to the "New York Post," the case started in January of last year when a bar called The Happiest Hour asked a man to leave because he was wearing a hat with President Trump's campaign slogan.

The man says the bartender told him the place doesn't serve Trump supporters.
