More than two out of three Americans admit to taking a nap on the job. That's according to a new study by Plushbeds. Of the one-thousand Americans surveyed, Gen Z'ers were found to be the guiltiest of getting some shut-eye at work at 80-percent, however, Millennials weren't far behind at 70-percent. And napping didn't seem to diminish their performance. If anything, it enhanced it, as 53-percent of nappers reported getting a promotion in the past year, compared to 35-percent of non-nappers.
