I think for me it's 10 times every second....see Mrs. Arteaga at Minnequa elementary school, it wasn't all my fault...it's biology lol...
According to a new study out of Princeton University, your brain tries changing what you're focusing on four times every SECOND. So it really does take a TON of concentration to do pretty much anything . . . especially anything that's kinda boring.
The researchers say it's an evolutionary biology thing . . . our brains had to constantly look out for DANGER, so they're naturally unfocused and wild. So hey, at least it's not totally your fault you have a bad attention span.
